If the account is settled by credit card, the buyer's premium then shall be the standard 17.5%.

This is not an aggregate percentage on the total items bid, but rather a per item percentage rate. The premium is added to the purchaser's successful bid and the two together equal the total purchase price.

Some items are exempt from Illinois sales tax and others may be subject to Illinois sales tax or local sales tax. The tax is computed on the total purchase price (hereinafter the total purchase price and applicable sales tax will be referred to as the 'Total Amount Due').

Could not give you even a wild guesstimate on that photo ( on any photo in fact). I would say that the action of that gun has been well polished by someone (the engraving on the fences in particular) and I think maybe it has been a bit rusty at some time. I also notice the cross bolt is inset a little, could be wrong but I would think there is a bit of wear in there. If you were to post some more photos I have no doubt someone will give you a fair estimate, you need to include close-ups of the proof marks etc.As you probably know Francotte produced some superb work and also some basic stuff.

The different models produced by a given manufacturer are usually distinguished by model names, if any, type of action, features, frame profiles, engraving patterns, etc.In the case of pre-WWII European guns, many makes and models arrived in the States as GI bring backs. Although popular in Europe, some makes and/or models were, for a variety of reasons, poor sellers in North America and remain little known. High quality European shotguns were, for the most part, imported by dealers of noted repute such as VL&D, Stoeger, G&H, etc. If a dealer/importer's name appears on the gun it may be possible to trace the model or type.If an importer's name and city are missing on a pre-WWII Francotte, there is a possibility that it was 'liberated' and brought to the States by a returning GI.DFMontani Semper Liberi. » »All times are UTC - 6 hours DST Who is onlineRegistered users:, Bing Bot, Google Bot, Google Adsense Bot, Google Feedfetcher, Majestic-12 Bot,.,You cannot post new topics in this forumYou cannot reply to topics in this forumYou cannot edit your posts in this forumYou cannot delete your posts in this forumYou cannot post attachments in this forumJump to.
